Job Summary:
As the **Account Sales Manager**, you will lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, and collaborate with our production team to create innovative solutions that add value for our clients. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional sales expertise, who can communicate confidently and manage multiple projects while maintaining a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively prospect and manage new business opportunities within the hopitality events industry.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Account Management:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide creative, high-quality event production solutions.
- Collaborate with internal production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

3. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead a client-focused team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide strategic insights to the team on ways to enhance the value of production services offered to clients.
- Offer on-site support for production projects when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event hospitality sales and account management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes in client needs.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in an office or remote setting depending on project needs.
