About RediMinds

At RediMinds, we’re reimagining how systems serve people—starting with healthcare. From simplifying complex processes to enhancing outcomes with thoughtfully applied technology, our mission is to make fairness and transparency the foundation of every decision. We believe that human judgment, supported by smart tools, can reshape how healthcare works for everyone.

The Role

Independent Arbitrator/Attorney – No Surprises Act Dispute Resolution

Are you an experienced arbitrator who cares deeply about fairness and understands the intricacies of healthcare? RediMinds is looking for professionals who can resolve No Surprises Act disputes with impartiality, accuracy, and a deep understanding of the system. You'll work with modern tools (including optional data insights) designed to support—not replace—your expertise.

This is an opportunity to help shape how fairness is delivered at scale, with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Modern Dispute Resolution: Use thoughtfully designed digital tools to help analyze submissions (such as Qualified Payment Amounts and provider/payer documentation) while staying aligned with CMS guidelines.
  • Impartial Decision-Making: Maintain complete objectivity in evaluating cases. Our tools can help streamline documentation and organize facts—you’re always in control.
  • Expert Judgment in Action: Select the final offers in “baseball-style” arbitration with a clear understanding of the context and stakes.
  • Commitment to Fairness: Follow the spirit and letter of the No Surprises Act, with full support to avoid common pitfalls and outdated practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IDR Process: Review dispute files, analyze QPA-related data, and issue fair, binding decisions.
  • Use Tools at Your Comfort Level: Access digital resources to aid decision-making, whether for faster reference checks, CMS compliance tracking, or historical precedents.
  • Stay Compliant, Stay Human: Our platform helps you follow CMS guidelines while focusing on what matters most—people, outcomes, and integrity.
  • Make a Real Impact: Each decision you make helps shape the trust between patients, providers, and payers.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Arbitrator: Accreditation from a recognized body (e.g., AAA, CPR, or equivalent).
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the No Surprises Act, CMS rules, and medical claims processes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Confident in reviewing financial data, documentation, and legal arguments.
  • Deadline-Ready: Comfortable making decisions within time-sensitive frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Open to Tools: Willingness to work with digital platforms that help organize and inform—not dictate—your work.
  • Claims/Compliance Insight: Background in healthcare law, billing, or dispute resolution is a plus.
  • CMS Portal Experience: Familiarity with federal systems is helpful but not required.

Why Join RediMinds?

  • Supportive Technology, Human-Led Work: We provide tools that simplify—not complicate—your workflow.
  • Flexibility: Remote-friendly work that respects your schedule.
  • Meaningful Work: Every decision you make directly affects patients, providers, and the trust in our healthcare system.
  • Future-Focused: Be part of a mission to make fairness more accessible, transparent, and consistent in healthcare.
