Medical Device Assembler - 1st Shift - $20/hr!

Job Description

Do you have a passion for the medical device industry and looing to get your foot in the door but don't know where? We are willing to train in this position for the right person who is driven, eager, team oriented, and has some mechanical aptitude on there own. In this role, you will be part of the Production Operations Team, assembling medical equipment used in hospital rooms. You will work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and potentially other products
• Follow established assembly processes and techniques
• Document any defective parts or errors within the assembly process
• Ensure quality and efficiency in the assembly process
• Perform final testing on sub-assemblies
• Work in a team-oriented environment and be cross-trained into six stations

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of electro/mechanical medical operations experience
• Strong interest in the medical device industry
• Mechanically inclined
• Knowledge and ability to use hand tools
• Computer proficiency
• Demonstrated ability for problem solving
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Written and communication english required

Qualifications

• Copy of a completed High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility. This role requires the physical ability to lift and package medical device assemblies up to 45 lbs. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
