A well known Real Estate firm in the Kansas City area is seeking to add an Assistant Property Manager to their staff. Great opportunity for a recent college graduate!

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist tenets with any questions they may have
• Maintain work order reports
• Answer calls from tenants, clients, owners, contractors and vendors and assist with any needs
• Review and approve invoices and vendor contracts
• Provide leases to occupants and track leases that are expired
• Make daily remote deposits
• Process the accounts payable
• Meet with prospective tenants and identify their requirements

Experience / Education:

• Associate/Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Proven track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great multi-tasking skills
