**Job Title: Low Voltage Technician** **Job Description** As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installations, commissioning systems, and field service calls, including servicing customers with installation and service work for music and intercom products, Closed Circuit television, Sound System Designs/V Systems, Paging Systems, Messaging Systems, DTV, and CCTV Systems. You will independently install and maintain video, audio, intercom, and other low voltage equipment primarily in commercial settings such as fast food and manufacturing. Using basic hand tools and drills, you will prepare areas and install equipment, ensuring a high level of customer service as the face of the company. You will also communicate directly with customers about the work being conducted and best practices for future maintenance. **Hard Skills** + Low voltage troubleshooting and repair including security cameras, CCTV, audio visual, speakers + Ability to read blueprints, use manuals, and apply mechanical or electrical knowledge for equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting + Proficient in using a multimeter + Experience in low voltage systems in one or more product lines + Networking knowledge is beneficial **Soft Skills** + High level of customer service + Effective communication with customers **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona. **Work Environment** You will work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and rain. A service vehicle will be assigned to you for commuting to and from the job site.
