About the Role:
This is a 100% remote, telehealth position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. where you have a private space for sessions. You'll play a vital role in supporting kids and teens as they navigate the challenges of modern life, helping them build resilience and develop essential coping skills.
In this role, you will:
Empower Youth: Utilize evidence-based coaching techniques to motivate, guide, and support young people in achieving their personal goals.
Collaborate with Experts: Partner closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers, ensuring comprehensive and integrated care.
Provide Expert Coaching: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and deliver evidence-based coaching interventions, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other proven therapeutic methods.
Maintain Professional Standards: Manage your appointment schedule effectively and complete clinical notes promptly.
Work Remotely: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a fully remote position, working from the comfort of your home.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Coach who:
Holds an ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed).
Possesses a strong background in mental health (preferred).
Is tech-savvy and comfortable conducting telehealth sessions via video.
Is highly organized and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Has a warm, engaging, and empathetic coaching style.
Is deeply passionate about helping children and teens thrive.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Coaching Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based coaching interventions and techniques.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the clinical team.
Empathetic Support: Ability to connect with and provide compassionate support to children and adolescents facing behavioral health challenges.
Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
