We are looking for full-time carpenters. The position is responsible for carpentry work, drywall repair, flooring install, painting and all other aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. They may be responsible for leading and directing one or several crew members and/or subcontractors. They are responsible for reading scopes, assessing project needs, sourcing materials, and fully completing the work within the scope assigned to them. The scope may be an entire project or just one element. For example, you may be asked to install kitchen cabinets, or go to a job site to finish out punch items. Pay based on experience.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

• 3+ years of Carpentry Experience
• Excellent skills in rough and finish carpentry
• Proficiency in installing cabinets
• Ability to measure, cut, paint/finish, and install trim
• Flooring experience
• Basic rough carpentry skills
• Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
• Proven leadership in ability to take & give directions
• Able to work well with a team
• Able to use smartphone for work apps
• Maintained a valid drivers license
• Background check

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging, and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
