Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonus

Hybrid Role: Philadelphia, PA or Baltimore, MD (3x a week onsite)

The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in driving business value, managing costs, and mitigating risks while upholding strong supplier relations and supporting emergency response activities. This position will focus on the Real Estate & Facilities Categories. It is worth noting that there are multiple headcounts available focusing in other categories. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leading key initiatives and managing category purchases.
• Serve as the primary contact for systemic supplier or customer issues, developing strong supplier-end customer relationships.
• Lead negotiations on commercial and legal terms to optimize risk management and value creation.
• Provide oversight on cybersecurity measures, vendor governance, and risk analysis within procurement categories.
• Direct contract administrators, procurement specialists, ensuring adherence to sourcing best practices and market trends awareness.

• 4-7 Years of Category Management experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Demonstrated project management, change management skills, and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and conflict management experience are essential.
