Duties and Responsibilities: Safely transport various construction materials, including gravel, sand, dirt, rock, and asphalt, to and from job sites. Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries Ensure the vehicle is in good working order before starting shifts, checking the tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the fleet manager. Safely load and unload materials at designated job sites, ensuring proper distribution and handling of materials. Stay in constant communication with dispatchers to receive loading instructions, confirm pick-up times, and provide updates on delivery status.
