Job Details
Faculty Leadership – Manage and support nursing faculty, ensuring high-quality instruction and professional development.
Program Oversight – Ensure compliance with accreditation and state nursing board regulations.
Student Engagement – Oversee admissions, advising, and student success initiatives to foster retention and graduation.
Clinical & Curriculum Management – Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites while ensuring a strong curriculum.
Administrative Responsibilities – Maintain accurate records, manage faculty evaluations, and oversee program accreditation reports.
Community & Institutional Representation – Serve as a liaison with the State Board of Nursing, accreditation bodies, and healthcare organizations.
Faculty Development – Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and onboarding for new instructors.
