What You’ll Do

As a Scheduling Engineer, you will be a key contributor to project success by leading the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules using Primavera P6 . You won’t just run the software—you’ll be a driver of the process , proactively engaging with project teams, superintendents, and clients to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baseline and progress schedules using Primavera P6
• Support preconstruction and operations teams with planning and sequencing strategies
• Facilitate schedule updates and reporting throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership
• Identify potential delays and risks, and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide input on project phasing, resource loading, and time impact analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction scheduling experience using Primavera P6
• Background in industrial, commercial, or mixed-use/multi-family construction
• A proactive, self-starting mindset —someone who drives scheduling discussions and outcomes, not just software inputs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule , with flexibility based on your preferences and project needs
