What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to drive progress
• Enforce OSHA 30 safety standards and maintain a clean, secure job site
• Lead site meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and engineers
• Monitor workforce, materials, and costs to keep the project on track
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and local regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
• Mentor and develop field staff

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years’ experience managing ground-up commercial projects

✔ Proven background in sectors like K-12, healthcare, or public-use facilities

✔ OSHA 30 certified

✔ Steady work history and strong references

✔ Confident communicator and problem-solver

✔ Solid understanding of construction plans, schedules, and specs
