Job Description

Schedule : Hybrid 3 days on-site in Roseland, NJ – flex on the days

Pay Rate : $40/hr

Duration : 6 Months to Perm

Perm Salary : $100-130k

Must Haves:

• 3-5 yrs in drafting and negotiating complex service agreements with strategic partners and vendors. High contracts volume.
• Experience managing relationships to achieve strategic objectives.
• Knowledge of market, industry, technology, legal, compliance, and business trends.
• Skilled in advising senior leadership and legal teams on critical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent.

Day to Day:

• Manage strategic partner and vendor relationships to achieve ADP’s goals.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for third-party technology needs.
• Proactively ensure mission-critical needs are met while minimizing financial impact.
• Maintain dialogues with internal clients and partners to capitalize on opportunities.
• Negotiate, close, and draft complex agreements to support ADP’s initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of agreements that support ADP’s goals and minimize risks.
• Lead negotiations and internal strategy meetings.
• Provide consultative support to senior management on business, legal, and financial issues.
• Conduct financial analysis and advise on funding requirements.
• Stay updated on market, industry, and technology trends.
• Recommend policy changes and manage compliance with negotiated arrangements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
