About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team supporting affiliate model activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful management of asset and vendor operations for new office setups and ongoing office buildouts. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced role that requires strong discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of networking, telecom, and office infrastructure needs.
• Respond to office setup requests and manage technology procurement related to data centers and networking equipment.
• Oversee and coordinate office buildouts, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Utilize ServiceNow , Ariba , and Jira for task tracking, vendor management, and operational workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations regarding delivery timelines.
• Handle high-pressure situations with discipline and professionalism, maintaining rigor in day-to-day operations.
• Provide detailed reporting and updates on vendor performance and contract compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing vendors and standing up new office setups, including networking and telecom systems.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow , Ariba , and Jira is highly desirable.
• Strong Background in Office Buildouts: Knowledge of technology procurement and deployment for data centers and office infrastructure.
• Military Background (Preferred): Discipline, rigor, and the ability to perform under pressure are highly valued.
• Thick Skin and Resilience: Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and adapt to shifting priorities.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule with on-site requirements (Tuesday through Thursday).
• Training may require a full week of onsite presence initially.
