Position: In House Corporate/Contracts Paralegal!

Location: Reston, VA

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Description: Join the legal department of a growing company in Northern VA!

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the company's CRM system.
2. Managing the full lifecycle from initiating/drafting contract term sheets through to execution.
3. Assist with the termination of a projects.
4. Corresponded and communicate regularly with outside counsel.

Background:

2. Strong understanding of basic contracts and general real estate terms
3. Diligent work ethic and good at thinking through each step of a process
4. Managing the process of getting a contract signed to fruition

Work Schedule: 3 days a week in office; 2 days a week remote
