Job Description
The Corporate Trainer will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees in the organization. ( Must live in the Pacific or Mountain times zones)
Responsibilities: - Maintain global knowledge of company systems as they relate to procedures and workflow
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect operational updates and change.
- Assist training manager to coordinate and train associates on systems, processes and procedures.
- Develop, edit and maintain additional learning materials such as manuals, presentations, guides, handouts, videos, e-Learning, job aids, etc. as necessary
- Maintain employee training records
- Evaluates and modifies existing or proposed programs; suggests and implements suitable changes.
- Performs other related duties, as required
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in teaching, communication or a related field required
- 2 or more years relevant professional level experience in a training environment.
- Proven experience effectively communicating in a clear and concise method to groups of employees, public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience in the luxury, interior design, lighting or home furnishing industries a plus.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must exhibit proficient computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite required.
- High degree of competence with POS systems, experience with D365 a plus.
- Superior written and verbal communicator
- Ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Strong relationship building and management skills, excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter who works with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
- Superior organization, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic, team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as business needs may sometimes dictate
- Ability and willingness to travel, as business needs require
- Must live in the Pacific or Mountain times zones

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
