Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Director to elevate and bring our brand vision to life. In this role, you will create unique and aspirational creative executions that enhance brand awareness and celebrate our compelling stories.

As the Creative Director, you will report to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Marketing and Communications. Your responsibilities will include ideating, designing, and producing both digital and print materials, guiding projects from concept through to completion.

You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including academic departments, university divisions, the Office of the Chancellor, as well as donor prospects and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand vision.
Design and produce engaging digital and print materials.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to team members.
Stay informed on current industry trends and techniques in marketing and design.
Minimum Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of design fundamentals and brand identity.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in video production and user experience design.
Familiarity with social media trends and digital communications strategies.
Ability to motivate and work collaboratively in a team environment.
