This a FT position M-F 40 hours weekly

Essential Functions:

• Validate appeal criteria
• Identify problem accounts/processes/denial trends and escalate as appropriate
• Resolve the account and submit uncollectible claims for adjustment timely and correctly
• Numerical ability to compute necessary calculations when compiling information for reports
• Willingness to research problems and work with others in developing solutions

The Successful Candidate:

• High school graduate or GED required with 1-2 years general office work
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Be detail oriented, organized and possess interpersonal skills
