Job Description

A large Data Center in Hillsboro, OR is hiring multiple Data Center Cable Technicians to join the team for a great opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Data center build, cable dressing and pulling, basket tray installation.
• Job is a data center installing cabinets, cable tray, ladder rack, fiber runner, containment and trunks.
• Also open to more Jr. level candidates who have strong cultural fits, can follow direction very well and who are eager to work.
• Construction/labor intensive role.

Qualifications:

• Will require you to complete and have an Aerial/Scissor Lift Certification (you will pay for this out of pocket and then reimbursed on your first paycheck)
• Need to have a strong work ethic. This is physical work, up and down ladders, putting together server cabinets, and cabling, etc..
• Willing to look at candidates with no cabling experience who want to get into the trade as they are willing to train and teach.
• Prefer Cabling experience (coax, fiber, cat5, cat6, punch downs, etc.) no license required.
• Data Center/Construction site experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
