The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a party-like atmosphere where customers are treated like invited guests. This position creates a genuine customer relationship, resulting in Raving Fans that feel a connection to Rally House stores and people. This position assists in all aspects of hosting the Rally house party, from opening and closing procedures, maintaining a thorough, up to date knowledge of products and ensuring that products are merchandised in a visually appealing way to meet standards. This position contributes to the store and team in a productive manner through thorough completion of responsibilities as assigned by their store leaders. Responsibilities include communication with guests, management, and associates; upholding merchandising standards; generating sales and developing guest relationships; ensuring guest priority; and accurate cash handling. Skills required include ability to work under moderate supervision, clear communication, detail orientation, enthusiasm, digital device proficiency, growth mindset, and outgoing personality. Qualifications include availability from 9AM to 5PM, physical ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, differentiate colors, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
