Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer III to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require 3 days/week onsite. 

What you'll do:

• Conduct systems analysis and design.
• Analyze specifications and develop applications for information systems.
• Create detailed specifications for complex programs.
• Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain applications.
• Define project scope and objectives for system modifications.
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of application development, QA, and integration in mainframe, midrange, or PC/LAN environments.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team player who can work under pressure.
• Experience with mainframe COBOL, APS (COBOL Code Generator), and DB2.
