Our client, a global leader in industrial technology, is seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive their corporate communications and digital transformation initiatives.
THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION 5 DAYS A WEEK. OFFICES LOCATED IN HIGHLAND, IL. There are no remote considerations. However, relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
🎯 The Role:
You'll lead the corporate marketing communications department, managing a team of technical writers and marketing specialists while overseeing all digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive marketing communications strategy and manage departmental P&L
• Lead website development, social media presence, and digital marketing initiatives
• Oversee creation and execution of corporate communications across all channels
• Manage brand consistency and corporate identity standards globally
• Direct product marketing communications and promotional programs
• Analyze and report on marketing ROI and digital performance metrics
📋 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing and promotional activities experience
• Proven digital marketing and electronic publishing expertise
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
