Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our paid media initiatives as we transition marketing efforts in-house. This remote role is an individual contributor position with the potential for future team leadership. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Analyze SEO and PPC performance to generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Create engaging email campaigns using Klaviyo and make updates to our Shopify website.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content.
• Formulate content strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and optimization.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven track record of successful ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting methods, and bidding strategies.
• Familiarity with remarketing, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
