eDiscovery Data Loading Position Description

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and actively manage timelines associated with data requests
  • Independently work on job requests from a queue, as well as by assignment, to ensure that jobs progress with minimal delay
  • Provide job status updates and escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager/Project Managers, in a detailed oriented manner
  • Perform thorough quality checks on data and work product, assuring 100% compliance of data and deliverables to specifications
  • Processand loaddocuments and data in adherence totechnical specifications
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Intake, triage, and validate data to be processed from evidence
  • Data migration from one tool to another
  • Collaborate and coordinate with team members both local and remote in ensuring a government clientstasks are completed quickly and accurately
  • Excel in ad-hoc professional development projects

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position, and candidates cannot hold dual citizenship.
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree; Computer Science or IT majors preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on data handling
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
  • Experience using COTS e-Discovery software toprocess and load,review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc., and create and export productions
  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including the E-Government Act and Privacy Act
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
  • The position is currently 100% remote
  • Understanding basic query and coding languages
  • Understanding Regular Expression (RegEx)
  • Experience/familiarity with eDiscovery Services spanning across the EDRM (File to Trial).
