Elco Child Care, a unique Montessori-inspired center, is seeking an Enthusiastic Teacher to join our Team. Our exceptional children, aged 3 to school Age, are at the heart of our center located in Myerstown, Lebanon County. We operate from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, providing a nurturing environment for both our staff and children.

• Our Awesome Staff works approximately 40 hours per week. 8 hours daily with PAID 30-minute planning break and 30-minute lunch break.

• No Degree (will train).
• All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & NSOR.
• Must be open to taking State Regulated Training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR, and twelve annual training hours.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing daily routines.
• Coordinate Activities.
• Cleaning and maintaining classroom setting/facility.
• Developing and implementing weekly Montessori-based lesson plans.
• Maintaining accurate records of children's developmental milestones.

Required experience:

• History of Child Care experience is helpful.
