Elco Child Care, a unique Montessori-inspired center, is seeking an Enthusiastic Teacher to join our Team. Our exceptional children, aged 3 to school Age, are at the heart of our center located in Myerstown, Lebanon County. We operate from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, providing a nurturing environment for both our staff and children.

Each child is considered an individual, and is given goals only to fit his or her own needs. We believe in teaching the whole child, and note that children excel easier and are more successful if given proper quality care and education early in life. ELCO Child Care and Learning Center utilizes the Montessori educational approach, which was developed by Italian physician and educator Maria Montessori. The Montessori system is characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child's natural psychological, physical, and social development.
