Duration: 12-month contract with Extension
Job Description:
· Leverage expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally (e.g., HR, HRSD, HRIT, Divisional IT, Divisional Customers) throughout all project life cycles (e.g., Requirements, Realization/Build Iterations, Testing Iterations, Deployment and Support)
· Key contributor in business technology and integrations workstreams for HR projects by collaborating with many teams including networking, database, storage/backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems, including analysis to identify root cause and ideate viable solutions.
· Solutions Options/Recommendations, Data/Root Cause Analysis and Reporting via written and verbal presentations: ability to share and connect across all levels (e.g., Governance-SteerCo(s), Controls-PMO, and Implementation-Project team members).
· Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
· A high level of discretion and responsibility when it comes to handling sensitive information **some flexibility with hours may be needed to accommodate project testing.
Experience:
· Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
· 5+ years experience and deep understanding of enterprise HR, Time Management, Scheduling and Payroll Systems
· Preferred: SAP, SuccessFactors, SCP, AWS, Kronos, and SaaS products
· Preferred: High level of proficiency Features/Functions, End-to-end Configuration and/or Dev experience, and Integrations experience
· Extensive knowledge of HR processes and data integration architecture

· Associate degree required
