Executive Coach
Location: Brooklyn, NY (in office 5 days)

Our client is a premier Executive Coaching Firm looking to expand. They seek an experienced Executive/Business Coach to target new clients and provide Coaching, Training, Assessment, and Development services internationally.

You will be a trusted advisor and confidant to our top-level leaders in this pivotal role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Building client relationships by networking, attending conferences, and new business development
- Conducting Executive and Business Coaching sessions to help executives identify and overcome challenges, develop new skills, and achieve their professional goals
- Facilitating leadership development workshops and training programs to foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement

To thrive in this role, you will need extensive experience as an executive coach with a proven track record of driving positive organizational transformation. You should possess advanced certifications or degrees in coaching, leadership development, or organizational psychology. A deep understanding of the Financial industry and a talent for building strong relationships with high-level stakeholders are also essential.
