Front Office Systems Integrator Location Chantilly, VA :

Responsibilities The Front Office System Integrator provides a broad-spectrum of dedicated support to senior management. Responsibilities range from general support of day-to-day business management activities such as general office operations, scheduling, meeting logistics management, correspondence, and event planning to more complex activities such as maintaining office continuity, managing high-visibility administrative/front office projects and other duties as assigned. The SI must be a forward-leaning, detail-oriented self-starter able to work independently, maintain personal sensitive information, and prioritize competing requirements to meet deadlines and advance mission. In addition, engagement with senior customer officials and high-level representatives across the organization, and external offices is frequent, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is strongly required. Activities include but are not limited to: - Track and manage Action Items
- Interact daily with Senior Leadership to provide technical, consultative, facilitative, administrative support.
- Facilitate Front Office governance meetings, enter/update information in appropriate tools, develop board agendas, notify meeting attendees, and enter board-related data in appropriate tools.
- Contribute to evolving process improvements for the benefit of the organization.
Qualifications Required Skills: - TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
- BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Expertise in general administrative functions and preparation of executive materials such as organizational charts or briefing decks
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Experience in direct administrative support to executive level leadership
- Experience writing and proofing correspondence and group level communications to produce professional level output.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, Confluence
Desired Skills: - On site, customer domain experience
- Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects.
- Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support.
- Cable system proficient user.
