Job Description

Krazan & Associates, Inc. has an immediate need for an ICC/WABO Special Inspector in our Poulsbo, WA office.

We need an experienced professional who is comfortable being actively engaged on construction/Land development sites performing field testing. This candidate must be able to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements.

Education/Qualifications:

Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the construction quality industry

Good organizational skills

Must have a current valid driver's license and good driving record

Compensation varies with experience and certifications.

We are looking for Special Inspectors with ANY ICC/WABO Certifications in:

• Reinforced Concrete
• Masonry
• Pre-stressed/Post-tensioned
• Structural Steel Bolting
• Soils

For your safety, keep this in mind: You must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk on uneven ground, perform work inside areas of varying dimensions; involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods; work outdoors under varying temperatures and weather conditions; regularly lift and/or move 75 lbs. You will be expected to work safely during all phases of performing the job duties by following all regulations, and safety procedures and employment policies. You must have and maintain a good driving record and be insurable under our company vehicle policy.
