Nesco Resource is looking for talented Industrial Sewing Machine Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in Clinton Township . If you’re ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Pay Rate : $18 per hour – competitive wages for skilled professionals.
• Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
  • Training : Hands-on training on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
• Location : Clinton Township, MI.

What You’ll Do:

• Use your sewing expertise to craft premium seat covers and fulfill service orders.
• Assist with the flow of materials to ensure smooth production.
• Inspect your work for quality, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.
• Maintain sewing machines and keep your workspace organized.
• Collaborate with your team to suggest improvements and optimize the sewing process.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines, keeping safety a top priority.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of industrial sewing experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with materials, patterns, and industrial sewing techniques.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
