Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work  Remotely with our client in  Atlanta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging training programs specifically for a sales team. 
• They utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning materials like e-learning modules, presentations, simulations, and assessments. 
• They collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives and addresses specific sales needs. 

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.

Hours: 25 hrs/Week. (1 st shift).

Length: Contract (8 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in instructional design.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Articulate, Camtasia, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in building sales learning modules.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare medical devices.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in LMS (Learning Management Systems).

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Instructional Design.
• Interventional radiology experience.

Additional Information:
