Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented  Interior Designer   II to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating cohesive, brand-aligned interior design packages for franchise locations across the U.S. As the primary creative resource for franchise design execution, you will ensure consistency in aesthetics, function, and brand values while balancing efficiency, responsiveness, and quality.

You will work closely with the  Director of Interior Design and the  Interior Design Operations Manager , following defined brand standards and product guidelines, including the use of selections from the  Linden Creek Shoppe and other approved vendors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Franchise Design Execution:

o Develop complete design packages for franchise locations that reflect Linden Creek’s brand identity.

o Make product and material selections primarily from the Linden Creek Shoppe; incorporate additional approved vendors as necessary.

o Ensure all design packages are tailored to the specific franchise layout, location, and market while maintaining brand cohesion.

o Deliver detailed design documentation including floorplans, mood boards, and specification sheets.

o Maintain a high level of accuracy and completeness in all documentation for franchisee use.

· Project Coordination & Communication:

o Work collaboratively with internal teams and franchisees to clarify design needs, timelines, and expectations.

o Respond quickly and professionally to questions from franchise owners and team members.

o Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure design deliverables align with available inventory and vendor timelines.

· Brand Stewardship:

o Uphold the Linden Creek aesthetic and design standards across all franchise projects.

o Maintain brand consistency in furnishings, finishes, and spatial planning.

o Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of franchise design processes and resources.

Qualifications:

· Experience:

o 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a residential setting, with furnishings and builder selections.

o Experience with franchise design or rollouts is highly desirable.

o Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create functional, visually cohesive design solutions.

· Skills:

o Excellent time management and project organization skills; able to manage multiple deadlines at once.

o Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.

o Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

o Exceptional attention to detail.

· Personal Attributes:

o Responsive, proactive, and resourceful with a sense of urgency.

o Passionate about design, with a deep appreciation for branding and consistency.

o Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of projects.

o Open to feedback and committed to collaboration across teams.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the  Director of Interior Design and the  Interior Design Operations Manager .
