Jr. Sales Associate
Atlanta, Georgia - Remote
USD $45-$50k + 1st year possible up to 10% bonus
My client, is looking for an energetic Sales Associate who gets excited to overcome obstacles, to join their diverse and inclusive Team.
The Jr. Sales Associate will work with the Sales Team to support them in their day-to-day while managing their own accounts. This role will be working from home in the Metro Atlanta area with weekly (or more) check-ins with DoS and regular trips to the Canadian office.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Customer Support: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Team Assistance - Collaborate with sales team to prepare sales materials and proposals.
- Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, developing sales plans, sharing sales ideas and conducting market research.
- Be an active participant in key sales, process and inventory forecast meetings.
- Assist in managing sales calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales events and presentations.
Sales Data Management - Maintain and organize sales records, documents, and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and goals.
Sales Coordination - Coordinate with various departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input when necessary.
- Become cross-trained on other key processes within marketing, forecasting and supply chain.
Expectations - Actively participate in company events, initiatives, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in the Company performance planning and objective setting process.
Personal Leadership - Participate in, build and maintain positive engagement in the Company’s culture and engagement.

Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B
- Preference for individuals who have worked in small to medium sized businesses.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel / Word / PP / Outlook / SharePoint).
- Harness excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective problem-solving & analytical ability, as well as an ability to engage with team members when issues arise.
- Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
