Job Title: Lab Manager	Department: Production
Location: Oakdale, CA	Full/Part-Time: Full-time
Regular/Temporary: Regular	FLSA Status: Exempt
Shift: Day	Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000

 
SUMMARY:

JLG Custom Services is seeking a Lab Manager for our Oakdale, California facility. This critical role will manage and support the warehouse management team, ensuring the smooth operation and quality standards of our newly expanded facility. As a team leader, you’ll play a key part in mentoring and developing the warehouse staff. Your background and passion for the dairy or beef industry will be a significant asset in this role. Primary Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance inventory accuracy.
- Prepare products for order fulfillment.
- Package orders precisely and promptly to meet shipping deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure protection from bio-hazardous material for both yourself and colleagues.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of material and suppliers in line with established procedures.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Handle potentially hazardous chemicals, biological agents, and radiation sources safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or a related field.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience required.
- Preferred background in a warehouse production environment.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to work under cold conditions
