Are You Qualified? If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Lead Teacher Montessori Training and Certificate 2-5 Years of Experience required/preferred 12 ECE Units and College degree Experience working with children ages 3-6 Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required. Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
