The Product & Data Engineering team is responsible for end-to-end development for Disney’s world-class consumer-facing products, including streaming platforms Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, and digital products & experiences across ESPN, Marvel, Disney Studios, NatGeo, and ABC News. The team drives innovation at scale for millions of consumers around the world across Apple, Android, Smart TVs, game consoles, and the web, with our platforms powering core experiences like personalization, search, messaging and data.
Reporting to the manager of Release Management within Product & Data Engineering, the Lead Release Analyst will introduce procedural excellence and drive the release management strategy for DE&E Tech globally. This person will partner with leaders to develop annual release forecasting plans and will track execution progress against those plans. They will also partner with key financial leaders within our segment to enable seamless deployment of projects and execution of strategies. This person will develop interdepartmental onboarding programs and lead discipline-wide upskilling sessions to ensure release and deployment seamlessness across all technology studios and initiatives.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, Washington and New York, New York is $159,500 - $213,900 per year, in Glendale, California is $152,200 - $204,100 per year, and in San Francisco, California is $166,800 - $223,600. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
