UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is looking for a Neurologist to fill their Locum need!

Schedule: 7 days Call; Weekdays 24 hour; Weekend 24 hour
Primary inpatient Call 24hour coverage weekends

Caseload:

• Practice Type: Hospitalbased
• Percentage of Practice: Adult 100%
• Number of physicians in the group: 1
• Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NO
• Oth er neurologists be present during the locum tenens coverage: YES
• Lab & Xray onsite: YES

Clinical Requirements:

• Required Areas: Inpatient
• Preferred Procedures: EEG (electroencephalogram)

Travel Requirements:

• Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
• Flights Up to xx750 RT cap
• Lodging Reimbursed by Receipt up to xx150 total per night cap.
  
• Car rental Reimbursed by Receipt up to an economy car cap.
• Mileage IRS Standard Rate.

Requirement description :

• Board Certified REQUIRED
• CO License or IMLC REQUIRED
