Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.00- $22.50 per hour 

What's the Job?

• Perform typical machine shop and press operations.
• Operate machinery such as press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machines according to established procedures.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of production, including good and scrap parts.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
• Experience as a machine operator is preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and utilize basic hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
