About the Role We're hiring a Machine Operator for our warehouse in Grimes. Your main responsibility will be operating a CNC mill, CNC lathe or a CNC router. No experience? No problem-training is provided! You'll also get cross-training in other warehouse tasks.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Prepare order requests
• Organize items to meet company standards
• Track and record inventory
• Keep a clean, safe work environment

What You'll Need

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment like a forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack
• Capability to lift or move heavy products
• Strong attendance and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
