Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management
Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the finance function
Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies, and regulatory action
Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
MBA or other relevant professional certification is preferred
4+ years of experience in FP&A, M&A, Investment Banking, or combination
Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to build financial models from scratch
