Position Summary... What you'll do... Walmart Connect (the digital ad sales arm for Walmart) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers. You will be part of the Technical Operations team, and we provide technical and operational assistance for the Ad Operations, Ads Engineering, Sales, and Product teams under WMC and the Merchant and Site teams for our broader eCommerce org. TechOps is primarily focused on managing projects and initiatives from a technical lens related to online advertiser for both Walmart.com and our DSP offerings. We work closely with our Ad Products, Platform, and Eng teams to test and operationalize new ad offerings and site changes. We then pair with our internal Ad Operations teams like Trafficking, Campaign Management, and Onboarding Support by creating SOPs and process workflows. Role and Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Oversee the operational aspects of our advertising platforms, focused on technical solutions to align with project goals. Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of online advertising projects, ensuring that operations dependent milestones are met on time Documentation: Create SOPs and operational workflows for Ops team covering dev and A/B testing to GA Maintain RevOps documentation and provide updates and training for Ops teams Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, marketing, and yield helping to ensuring that operations milestones are met Team up with our internal RevOps Program Management and Support teams to ensure successful launch with minimal overhead Expanding scope: Partner with the broader Walmart enterprise for initiatives that can affect Walmart Connect offerings Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Ads Platform Support Proven experience managing technical projects related to ad technology, ad platforms, and/or digital media. Successfully navigated ambiguity and have carried out a process under minimal guidance Ability to interpret interdependencies of platforms Familiarity with ad tech stack: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Platforms, Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for digital media and advertising technology Attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box Ability to quickly learn technical information Strong Excel / data analysis skills At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
