Primary Role of This Position The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Manager, and Marketing Associate in executing key marketing activities. This role will focus on assisting with project coordination, marketing content creation, and brand support for the company, including private label and retail programs. The coordinator will also provide operational support for the pharmacy flyer program and e-commerce initiatives, contributing to the success of multi-channel marketing efforts.
Major Responsibilities - Brand Support:
- Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate in maintaining the company's brand identity across various marketing channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials for K&F’s private label (health One™) and retail programs, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Marketing Campaign Coordination:
- Help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Manufacturer Relations, and Customer Service to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Assist in the execution of social media strategies, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Content Creation:
- Contribute to the development of marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Project Management:
- Provide administrative support for key marketing projects and events.
- Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and communicate updates to the marketing team.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships to meet project deadlines and ensure quality standards are met.
- E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:
- Support the E-Commerce Manager with day-to-day execution of strategies for online platforms, including content management, customer service, and promotions.
- Assist with managing social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating promotional campaigns for the e-commerce site (HealthSnap.ca).
- Sales Enablement & Pharmacy Flyer Program:
- Coordinate the production of the pharmacy flyer program by liaising with designers, printers, and internal teams. Manage artwork, pricing, and distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials.
- Data & Performance Tracking:
- Gather and analyze data on marketing performance, sales trends, and market insights. Assist in preparing reports for the marketing team to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a retail or healthcare environment.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as social media (Instagram, Facebook), email marketing programs (Klavyio), and website content management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset.
Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and data analysis is an asset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly valued.
