As Marketing Manager at Milkshake Concepts, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will lead impactful initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and values across nine brands. Lead the development of engaging content across all marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events that drive traffic and elevate the customer experience. Assess market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for growth and enhancement. Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media ads to boost online visibility and engagement. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Foster relationships with media partners, influencers, and local communities to promote brand awareness & loyalty. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our efforts remain innovative and effective.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on brand development & customer engagement. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand messaging. A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivery exceptional customer experiences.
