📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Defend employers in lawsuits and agency proceedings

• Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage/hour, retaliation, and restrictive covenants

• Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and before administrative bodies

• Counsel clients on employment compliance and risk mitigation

• Participate in collective and class action matters

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal briefs

• Manage caseload independently with team collaboration

✅ Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience; labor and employment focus preferred

• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and agency procedures

• Admission to Virginia Bar (or eligibility for timely admission)

• Strong legal research, drafting, and client advisory skills

• Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced practice

• Detail-oriented, professional, and team-oriented
