Job Title: Full-Time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out)

Location: College Grove, TN (45 minutes outside Nashville)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 40 hours/week

Start Time: 6AM daily

We’re a warm, active family in beautiful College Grove, TN seeking an experienced and reliable full-time nanny to care for our two younger children (a 6-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy). We’re open to relocating the right candidate for a live-in position or hiring a local live-out nanny—provided you’re comfortable with an early morning start.

About Us:

• Both parents work full-time and travel frequently.

• We have three adult children living in or near Nashville

• The household also includes two cats and two playful puppies—so you must be comfortable with animals!

• A housekeeper visits weekly, so deep cleaning is not required.

• We offer a friendly, respectful environment with a private bedroom and bathroom in our spacious home (for live-in nannies).

• A car is provided for both work and personal use.

Typical Daily Schedule:

6:00–6:15 AM: Arrive (or begin your day if live-in)

6:15–7:00 AM: Prepare breakfast and lunch for the kids

7:00 AM: School drop-off

7:30–10:00 AM: Kid laundry, light tidying up from morning routine

10:00 AM–2:00 PM: Break (or household management tasks as needed)

2:00–6:30 PM: School pick-up, activities, light meal prep, general supervision

Evening schedules may vary depending on activities and parental travel. Flexibility is key!

Duties Include:

• Morning and after-school routines

• Driving children to/from school and activities

• Preparing meals for the kids

• Children’s laundry and general tidying

• Light household management (inventory, errands, organizing)

• Pet-friendly care and attitude

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, organized, and proactive

• Warm and nurturing with strong communication skills

• Flexible with schedule (especially when parents are traveling)

• Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Enjoys pets and a busy, lively home

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experienc, $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Use of family vehicle
