MercyOne Des Moines is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join our collegial cutting-edge fellowship-trained Neurosurgery team. We offer top-tier compensation with a seven-figure base salary, a $100,000 bonus, and a production/quality incentive plan. Opportunity Details: Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain, and trauma. Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days. No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call. Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician. Call 1:4 with APP taking 1 st call. APP's primary assist with daily inpatient rounding. On-site X-Ray, CT, and MRI/Functional MRI. Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR. Clinical practice experience strongly preferred.
