Provide support for business and IT end users
Provide support for customers via telephone operator
Perform data entry tasks
Strong understanding of Microsoft office skills

Perform detailed tasks and document thoroughly
Skills:
1.Expert Excel skills
2.Expert skills in analysis of large data sets and application to deployment scheduling
3.Very strong understanding of issue and risk management, especially including clear communication of issues and status
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills
2-5 years' experience (Admin experience, data entry, junior level analyst)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (plus)
