Office Assistant
Job Title: Office Assistant
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Reports to: District Manager
Job Summary: Assist with both administrative tasks and conservation programs including, but is not limited to secretarial/clerical assignments, grant applications and reporting, field work, and attending meetings.
Salary Range: $31,000 to $40,000 depending on experience

Programs Assistant
Job Title: Programs Assistant
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Reports to: District Manager
Job Summary: Assist the Conservation Technicians with programs and projects, provide conservation technical assistance and conduct project management tasks for District programs.
The primary focus of this position during the next five years (2025-2030) will be to work closely with District staff, private landowners, and federal, state, and local partners to implement the Greater Waterman Landscape Resiliency (GWLR) Project through the NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program. The Programs Assistant will also assist with other federal, state, and local programs sponsored by the District in conjunction with the GWLR Project.
Salary Range: $30,000 to $50,000 depending on experience

Conservation Technician / GIS Lead
Job Title: Conservation Technician
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Reports to: District Manager
Job Summary: Develop detailed maps for all projects and requests, assist other staff with navigating GIS software and data, provide conservation technical assistance, and conduct project management tasks for District sponsored projects, as directed by the District Manager.
Salary Range: $30,000 to $50,000 depending on experience
