Organizational Development Consultant

In this role, you'll lead initiatives that support talent development across the organization, focusing on programs like Succession Planning, Talent Assessment, and Performance Management. You'll also help solve organizational challenges through change management and employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to build a strong talent pipeline for leadership positions across the organization.
Lead and manage Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, creating project plans, communicating progress, incorporating feedback, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Oversee emerging leader programs and other talent development initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Development programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and data.
Provide guidance and support for high-potential talent programs, including talent identification and development processes.
Work closely with HR and technology teams to create solutions that streamline performance management and career development activities.
Develop program materials such as presentations, training manuals, and orientation guides.
Track and analyze program data to support decision-making and future planning.
Act as a change agent, helping guide the organization through transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
Work with leadership to design and improve the organization's operating and organizational models to align with business priorities.
Develop and implement OD solutions (programs, playbooks, training interventions) to address organizational gaps.
Measure the success of OD initiatives by tracking data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Use research and analytics to drive strategic conversations with business leadership and identify opportunities to innovate and improve organizational development programs.
Apply strong project management skills to lead complex projects, maintaining alignment with key stakeholders throughout the process.
Travel for up to two weeks at a time as needed.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
4-6 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources, with a focus on talent development and leadership programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Strong judgment, flexibility, and decision-making ability.
Experience working with senior leadership, including C-suite executives, to design and implement leadership development, succession, and talent management solutions.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams and manage volunteer groups.
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to executives.
Ability to set clear goals, manage through ambiguity, and deliver results.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5+ years of experience designing and executing talent development solutions across multiple functions.
High level of facilitation and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
Experience in workforce planning, culture building, and employee engagement.
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $120,300.00. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program based on performance metrics related to organization, team, and personal goals.
