Position Details/Responsibilities Organizational Development & Strategy Apply expert knowledge of OD industry trends to develop and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities. Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for organizational effectiveness improvements. Develop and execute talent development strategies, including career pathing, succession planning, and competency frameworks. Lead projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Act as a change agent and trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between OD initiatives and business objectives. Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Drive and support change initiatives by developing and executing project plans and strategies that foster adoption, minimize resistance, and enhance organizational readiness. Assess employee experience and recommend initiatives to improve workforce engagement and retention. Collaborate with leadership to integrate best practices in performance management, leadership development, and talent strategy. Provide consultation and coaching to leaders and teams to strengthen organizational alignment and effectiveness. Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement Track key project milestones, report progress to stakeholders, and refine strategies based on data and feedback. Develop and maintain advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboards to measure OD program effectiveness. Use data and insights to drive recommendations for leadership development, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. Drive continuous process improvement, optimizing learning, engagement, and OD strategies to meet evolving business needs. Here’s What We’re Looking For Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 3–5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or learning & development, including a proven ability to lead OD initiatives and drive organizational change. Mindset: A team player who can also work independently. Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
